Marlon has worked in a variety of industries during his time at EY, Seavest Inc., and CBIZ Marks Paneth as a Forensic Accountant and Fraud Examiner. He has been serving clients with the truth behind the numbers for 10 years, operating under the principle, “The Numbers Don’t Lie, People Do.” Marlon’s methods are effective in court, demonstrating complex accounting and fraud schemes in an understandable format for both judge and jury.

Marlon is experienced in effectively managing trust and estate embezzlement, matrimonial and divorce, business disputes, internal control review and consultation, development of prospective financials, and managing business valuation engagements with the use of valuation experts.
